TransLink/CMBC/BCRTC/Transit Police Employee Registration Help

Employee access is restricted to current active employees of TransLink, Coast Mountain Bus Company and BCRTC only. A valid login ID is required for access.

If you have a valid network User ID already, you do NOT need to register. You can login using that.

Registering for an Account

You will need the following to register for your account:

  • Your employee ID and your postal code on record with the company
  • If you want to use the Buy & Sell, a valid home e-mail account

Step 1: Registration

  • Enter your *Employee ID
  • Select your Year of Birth
  • Enter your Postal Code or Zip Code
  • Provide your home e-mail address (if available)
  • Enter your home e-mail address again to confirm
  • Enter your password
  • Re-enter your password to confirm
  • Click the Register button

*Note:
If you have a '0' in your Employee ID, use the number zero instead of the letter 'O'

Your password MUST adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Must be at least 8 characters.
  • Must contain at least one uppercase letter (A, B, C, ...Z)
  • Must contain at least one lowercase letter (a, b, c, ...z)
  • Must contain at least one number (0, 1, 2, ...9)
  • Must contain at least one special character (!,@,#,$, etc)
  • Cannot contain any part of the user’s full or User ID, for example “8Joe4” or “SueSmith”.
  • Cannot be the current password or one of the previous 15 passwords.

The password will expire every 90 days and you will be required to select a new password when it expires.

If you experience problems registering:

  • If you have a '0' in your Employee number, check that you have used the number zero and not the letter 'O'.
  • Make sure that your postal code is the one on record with the company. If this has changed, or you are unsure, please contact your Benefit Administrator

Login

Employees with a current network user ID and password can use the same network user ID and password to login.

  • Enter your Username and password
  • Click Login
