Password Help

Your password must adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Must be at least 8 characters.
  2. Must contain at least one uppercase letter (A, B, C, ...Z)
  3. Must contain at least one lowercase letter (a, b, c, ...z)
  4. Must contain at least one number (0, 1, 2, ...9)
  5. Must contain at least one special character (!,@,#,$, etc)
  6. Cannot contain any part of the user’s full or User ID, for example “8Joe4” or “SueSmith”.
  7. Cannot be the current password or one of the previous 15 passwords.
